Scott founded Ludi on relationships, transparency and honest advice — including when the honest advice is that a move, or a hire, is not the right one.
He has worked in recruitment and workforce strategy since 2009 — seventeen years across public-sector employment support, specialist technology and business-change recruitment, banking and insurance, commercial leadership, business ownership and the sports sector.
Ludi Sport draws on that sports-sector experience and on relationships built across Welsh and UK sport.

Scott has worked in recruitment and workforce strategy since 2009. His career has spanned public-sector employment support, specialist technology and business-change recruitment, banking and insurance, commercial leadership, business ownership and the sports sector.
He has built recruitment teams, led client relationships, scaled an independent agency and supported organisations with executive appointments, workforce planning, organisational development and commercial growth. That experience now sits behind every Ludi assignment.
Based in South Wales, Scott's network and delivery experience extend throughout the UK. Ludi's heritage is deliberately local and independent, but its capability is not limited by geography.

2009 – 2011
Public-sector recruitment
Scott began in labour-market and recruitment advisory work with the Department for Work and Pensions, developing an early understanding of employment, accessibility and regional hiring.
2011 – 2020
UK recruitment leadership
Client management and leadership roles across specialist recruitment businesses including Evolution Sport, Venquis, Resource Solutions Group and Sanderson, working across technology, change, banking, insurance, retail and the public sector.
2020 – 2024
Founder and Managing Director
Scott founded and scaled HdE Talent, building a six-person recruitment business and managing teams of up to 30 during his wider career.
2025 – present
Ludi Talent
Ludi Talent Ltd was incorporated in January 2025 to combine senior recruitment experience with a more personal model: Ludi Recruitment for trusted local and national hiring, and Ludi Sport for specialist search and talent advisory within sport.
